I was disappointed that I got same shirt in membership package that I got last year. It would be better if shirts were different from year to year. One of the reasons I joined for the 3rd year.

Never received

I never received the package. Emailed twice and never heard anything back. So I had to file a claim with my credit card company to get my money back. Poor customer service which was almost as bad as the Raiders performance last Sunday.

Hi friends of The Black Hole, I haven't received the parcel yet, the customs clearance status has not been updated, according to the tracking number... i`ll wait until next week to see if it has successfully passed all required inspections and checks, and it is authorized to proceed to its final destination without any further hold or delay.

I finally get my TBH package!

Overjoyed is about the right description. =) Been meaning to do this forever, then I finally decided to it and of course I'm living a very remote part of Canada. =) No problem arrived here safe and sound and now I get to explain myself to non-Raiders fans. =) Thanks very much!
